The cottage is on an elevated site approached along the Promenade and captures the most superb views over the Kent Estuary with the dramatic fells of the Lake District in the distance. There is a lounge and fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine on the ground floor. Two double bedrooms, one with a galleried 'den', and the bathroom with over bath shower are on the first floor.
Heating is all electric and is inclusive. The property is furnished to a high standard and there is a telephone and television. There is parking space at the rear and a small patio with seating at the front.
